Hi! I'm new to this board. I lurk. I just received my Firm's Total Body TransFIRMation from QVC and I was wondering if anyone has it.

Do you really see results in 10 workouts? I could see losing a couple of pounds in the two week period. I've done it for 2 days, and I like it so far.

Anyone have any opinions on this product or any other Firm products?

Thanks.

I've had several friends who w/o with the Firm videos. They love using them and I can say their dedication certainly shows.

If you work diligently on using them, there is no doubt you will see results.

You can do it!

I think it is a legitimate and great product. BUT, for me, I could never get the moves down. They went too fast and I would just get frustrated. The few times I stuck with it, my buttocks would really hurt. :thumbsup2 I don't feel like I lost my money, though, because I still use the "steps" for my home workouts.

I have to agree....too fast and I'm just too uncoordinated (this aging body doesn't move like it used to). I have purchased several of the Leslie Sanson "Walk at Home" DVDs...and they seem to be a better fit for me. I have not only firmed up, but lost lots of inches and not only hit my WDW weight goal...I lost an add'l pound.
Anyone who can keep up with TheFirm is my hero. :thumbsup2 I think most of the exercise DVDs will work if you stick with it. It prolly just depends on your comfort zone, as to which you prefer.
A girl I work with did TheFirm (she's an exercise freak) and said she noticed a big difference, especially with sculpting and toning.

I like the DVD's for this and haven't had any problem with coordination of the moves BUT it kills my knees. Lots of step ups and downs/lunges/etc/ I use the DVDs but not as much as I would like b/c I always seem to have sore knees the next day.
