More AP Rates Added

I was just able to apply the AP rate to a ressie I had at POFQ for 12-1-08 to 12-11-08. They must have opened up another batch of rooms or something. I had 2 rooms booked and saved around 950.00. :cool1:

I have ressie at POFQ Dec 6-12.

Was told this morning at 7:10 no AP discounts available--no AAA discounts either.

I'll be calling back tomorrow morning at 7:00 to try again for that AP rate.

What rate did you get?

I was able to add the AP discount to my reservation for Oct. 15-23, 2008. When I first called she couldn't find one, becuase I had a king room reserved. Less than 5 minutes she called me back and said they had a standard room at the AP rate. I saved over $400.00, that not to bad. Plus my AP runs out the end of Nov, don't kow if I will renew it.

I tried again & no luck. I guess I will keep trying to see if any AP rates open up.

I just happenened to check the passholder site about lunchtime yesterday. I just about died when POFQ came up as available???? Called right then and was able to get 2 rooms at the AP rate. The rates were 99.00 for the first week in Dec and 119.00 for the second week. After I posted this, I looked on the regular site and POFQ was the only resort available for my time period--12-1 to 12-11. Proves that you just never know with Disney. I had thought that some rooms might open up later on, but not this quickly. I am hoping that some more openings there might mean the Pop Warner folks might not be there this year. Anyway, good luck to anyone trying to deal with Disney and discounts. It is a game more suited to Vegas! :)

Called and checked, nothing at ANY deluxe for the 2-9th! I have to think that when the package payments come due 45 days out there will be some fallouts...
