On this past Monday, I called our guide to do a 25 point add-on at VWL. All week I've been waiting for paperwork to be Fed-Exed to us, but nothing's come. I paid in full by credit card. Now I'm wondering, maybe we're not supposed to get more paperwork. Are we? Should I call my guide to double-check or is this what happens with a small add-on? Our initial purchase was the end of January, haven't even gotten our permanent cards yet, so maybe all will be sent at once? Help, we just don't know what to expect!
