REALLY need help with a design.

Usually I just dig through your albums and personalize my things myself, but I'm in a bind. DH and I will be celebrating our 6th anniversary on November 23. (while we are at Disney) This same day is also his birthday! We will be spending it at Magic Kingdom. Can anyone help me with a design for this? I'd also like to have one like it for me to wear, but just mentioning the anniversary.

I would so appreciate anything you guys can come up with! :worship:
