View Full Version : Anyone hear anything re. AKV tapestry since Christmas?

Since we posted back the confirmation-of-name card in December 2007, haven't heard a peep... The card had said there would be some kind of souvenir in the Spring... and that corrected name would be reconfirmed within a couple of weeks... Nothing.
Are we the only ones? ...or are others in same boat?

Our guide called us a few weeks ago and told us that we should be getting the tapesty in August....okay, we're still waiting.

We extended our OKW membership last winter and were supposed to receive a special lithograph and time capsule. They sent a card back in the Spring saying that we would receive them sometime during the summer. So far, nothing.

They don't seem to have trouble processing sales but the incentives seem to take a back seat.

I noticed they outsourced the Tapestry work to a company called Innotrac in Georgia (that's who our cards had to be sent back to)... I don't like outsourcing when you end up feeling they took the low bid and the customer service isn't to the same standard (or close).

I was just wondering if you ever rec'd your litograph. We just rec'd ours in the mail this past weekend and we had mailed our papers back months ago (sometime during the fall). We had decided not to extend our membership and was beginning to think that we weren't going to receive the litograph. I'm happy that we did. :)
