Microsft Money or Quicken?

I have been using Money for years but my subscription is coming due.

I am thinking of changing software and just wondering what most people here use.

I have Quicken and really enjoy it. I have had some friends switch from Money to Quicken and also have enjoyed Quicken more.

I'd say depends on what you are using it for. I use Money for my personal finances, but have always used Quicken for businesses. Money does the trick for me, but if I was needed to do invoices or whatever, I'd switch to Quicken.

I've been using MS Money for years for my personal finances. I like the program and most likely will continue to use it for years to come.

I use Quicken, but, like some others who have posted, I don't have experience with MS Money. If you're a researcher like me, this site (http://financialsoft.about.com/od/reviewsfinancesoftware/tp/Quicken_vs_Microsoft_Money.htm) might be helpful to compare and contrast.

I have used MS Money for the last 8 years. I like how the newer version can correlate with my bank. That way if I have forgotten to type in a receipt, it does it for me. I have only used Quicken for business items, like invoices. I didn't like Quicken for personal finances. My brother in law couldn't get MS Money to work on his computer so he has to use Quicken.

So I guess a lot depends on your computer and what version of MS Office you have OR don't have. For my brother in law MS Money won't work with Vista on his computer. However, for me, it works fine.

Give Quicken a try and then compare. That way you have used both and you will have a better, informed opinion. Most people use one or the other so an opinion about one may be more than for the other.
