silly question about Tropical Night

Can somebody describe what this Tropical night is all about?
Do we dress Tropical for dinner no matter where we dine (with the exception of Palo)? Or do we dress normally for dinner and then change into something tropical for an after dinner Tropical party on deck? Kind of a silly question but I'm just not sure.

You dress in your tropical wear for all resaurants except Palo. We were in Lumieres which was a little strange to be so casual.

Good tip for tropical night:

Buy your tropical clothes in St. Maarten! Guys can get nice tropical shirts for 5 or 6 bucks, ladies can get dresses for 10 bucks!!

I think Mexicali... night is Wed for us and that's our Cozumel day. I hope we can find appropriate attire in Cozumel???
