Planning November 1st - November 5th 2008. How is the weather at this time? How are the crowds and lines at this time? Thinking we maynot be able to pass up the new deal Disney has offered. Let us know. Thanks:dance3:

We go the first or second week of November (for 10 years running) for 10 day trips...and find the weather to be excellent, and the crowds light. We started going when November was still (cheaper) value season, but love it enough to keep going even though it is now Regular season. A couple of considerations: you will be cold (and potentially unhappy) if you go on Kali River Rapids at any time day or night, and Splash Mtn at night...temperatures can range greatly from shorts and tees to jeans and sweaters...you will need light jacket at night (and we're from New England --and we find it can be quite chilly some nights). In the ten years, it rained hard only once. Other Novembers, maybe a passing shower 1 or 2 days tops. Otherwise perfect blue skies and lots of sun. Pools still fun, plenty warm for that.

Crowds are light, but hours are less, so planning is important. Epcot F&W Festival can make Epcot very crowded.

I hope that helps. Have a great trip!

To me it is one of the best months to go. You are also avoiding the Soap Opera Fest with those dates, that can be very crowded at Hollywood Studios.
If you have a great deal being offered, go for it!! Yes, you will need a sweatshirt at nite, but sometimes you need that for just the A/C.
The crowds can be questionable at any time, you just never know. Things have changed dramatically over the years, there used to be distinct slow seasons, not really the case anymore. I still feel you will do well with the dates you have, jump on that good deal!!!!! Also enjoy the food and wine fest, very fun to dedicate one day to munching and trying the foods around the world showcase. You will be there toward the end, so it should be fine.
Never a problem anyway. I have always made that my dinner for one day and just walk around trying things, will cost about the same as a decent sit down meal and it is FUN! Have a great time no matter what you decide.

That's the first part of Jersey Week, so expect it to be crowded. Weather should be nice.

We went last year the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The Christmas decor was up and it was warm! The crowds during the week were low, it was wonderful! We had no rain at all. The taping of the xmas parade was on the next weekend so it did get crowded then.
