Hi DH is looking for some suggestions for sweets/other food to bring back for friends a work. He's after something easy to bring back but with a variety of bits.

Anyone brought stuff back recently?

Try The World of Disney at DTD they sell loads of stuff. Goofy's Candy has a huge selection the candy called Taffy is fun :teeth: They also have Mickey shortbread and cheese biscuits :)

Thanks Claire L, I was thinking DTD - esp. as we'll be at SSR.
Last year we were staying at BWI and the candy store didn't have a very big range. It's always good to get some non-sweet stuff too, keeps everyone happy:thumbsup2

We always go to walmart and buy bags of Hersheys kisses (in all the flavours I can find) & tootsie rolls

Easy to bring back and you cant get them over here.

Nice one, we've got a stop at Walmart before we get to our resort so we can 'bulk out' the Disney bits with things like that :thumbsup2 I love when we can save money to spend on ourselves ;) LOL. And we can get the gifts out the way before we have our 'Disney time':rolleyes1

Ghiardellis do a lovely mixed bag of their squares of chocolates. May all be chocolate but must be something everyone likes amongst them!

We pick up stuff at Walmart for DH work as it is a lot cheaper than the Disney stuff - Jelly Belly beans are cheap there as well as M&Ms (they have a few different flavours). If it is a small office Disney sells packs of pens which you could break up and give everyone

LOL :lmao: It's kind of like a Marmite thing, I don't like much choc other than (British) Cadburys :snooty: But if it's just for work (esp. DH's) then they can like it or lump it ;) Maybe a bag of kisses and a bag of Ghiardellis (I'd bet on which ones got eaten first :rotfl: )

Are they as good as Cadburys? I do like Lindt too - esp. the truffles :wizard:

Oh yeah Jelly Bellys, I think at this rate half the goodies we get for people will be gone before we give it to them :rotfl2: I treated myself to a few JB's from Goofys Candy Co bit in Mousegears, I love picking out the flavours I like (DH doesn't get as many that way!)
