Strollers Rentals at Legoland and Sea World

Are the rental strollers at Sea World and Legoland the same type that Disneyland rents?

Also, we will be driving from Legoland to Sea World on a Thursday morning in September. Sea World opens at 10 am and we want to be there a little earlier than that. How long should I allow with traffic to get there? I think it's about 45 minutes away, but just wondered with traffic how much that would effect the time to get there. :goodvibes

The single strollers Legoland rents are the hard plastic ones that WDW rents. The single strollers at Seaworld are the fabric ones that Disneyland rents.
