Hey Scrappers! I have always wondered what materials other scrapbookers think are necessary to have. Anything that makes scrapping easier, more beautiful, better, etc. Include any specific names or brands if you wish. I'm hoping this thread can help newbies to scrapbooking and us scrapbooking veterans.

Thanks!

B&MB's tools list except I don't have a cropadile. I have a spring loaded setter and Hole punch for large holes and a scrap of hardwood flooring for a pounding block.

My white pen is an American Crafts Galaxy Marker. I also use a white gel pen, on occasion. My other favorite gels are gold, silver (both creative memories), a sparkly black, and copper.

Ruler with an 'inking' edge

2 inch square punch for cropping photos
regular hole, pinpoint and double slot (for ribbon) hole punches
I use my CRicut A LOT!

x refill - I don't use the x - just the refill
ATG gun -
Tombo liquid adhesive in the blue container - has one fine and one wide end
zig? glue pen for fine areas
popdots or other dimensional

brads, ribbon, buttons, stickles - but I can do without all of it, really - besides tools, all I really need is photos, cardstock, and pen(s).

Great list!

xacto knife
cutting mat
adhesive remover
paper piercer

Most important things to me are:

A storage system that works for you -- where everything has a home and you know where it all is. I get a lot more done, run out of things less often, overbuy less frequently, am able to work on something even if I only have 15 minutes, and most importantly I enjoy scrapbooking more since I took the time to re-organize everything.

Some sort of bag to hold the tools that you use most often. I use a bag by All My memories.

Motivation. Sounds dumb, but it's one thing I've been lacking for a few months.

This is something I lack.. whats a great scrapbook program that isn't going to take up a huge amount of space on my computer? Anyone have recommendations?
