You totally rock! :banana: Thanks so much for going the extra mile for me tonight. You helped get our December reservation all squared away tonight. I can't tell you how much it means that you took all that extra time to help get my MIL a better deal with the FL resident discount and pieced her reservations and special needs all together with our ressie, so that we have a totally magical time at the Contemporary Resort.
If there is a CRO or WDTC supervisor that reads this....
Alondra deserves a raise or some sort of recognition for being very patient and very knowlegable. I wish all CM's at the reservations center were as welcoming and helpful as she was to me tonight! :thumbsup2
