is there any counter service around bc where you can get breakfast? where do you buy the refillable mugs & refill them?

Not sure about the counter service, but I think that you can refill your mugs at Beaches-N-Cream.

The only counter service type place at breakfast is B&C.

You can also take a short walk to the Boardwalk Bakery. But you can't refill your BC mugs there. BC mugs can only be refilled at Beaches & Cream and Hurricane Hannah's.

They set up a cart for muffins, donuts, bagels and coffee outside of Beaches and Cream by 6:30 I think. You can get the mugs in your room too...they'll be with your honor bar candy and stuff. I personally don't think they're as useful at BC as they were at the moderates where you just walk up and help yourself. In the day you have to wait in line for soda and such.
