That is a great rate! I can remember when it was common to get a moderate resort for around 100 bucks a night, but it rarely ever happens these days. You should be very happy! :)

Honestly, compared to what others are reporting, it really doesn't seem for real. I hope it's true and will keep my fingers crossed for you!!

Actually, I just found someone who posted a similiar ressie at the same price on another site. I looks like it IS for real! This is amazing.

I was able to get a passholder rate of $99 at POR on September 28th. ($113 with tax) It is a room only for our last night of our stay, but during the first weekend of Food and Wine Festival! (and I had booked the other day at $167 so that was a great savings for me!)

I was just wondering the same thing about my CBR ressie. I booked the CBR for Dec. 20-24, standard view for three "adults",( DS will be 18 by then;) )and one 11 year old with three day base tickets for each person. If you subtract the retail rate for the base tickets and the extra adult fee, our room comes out to under $100/night before taxes!:cool1: The cm already sent the confirmation, so we're good to go. BTW, what are the mini golf offer, the PH merch. voucher and the sea racer offer voucher good for? Also, we plan on upgrading our tickets to 7 or 8 day MYW tickets when we get there to use on the last leg of our trip at the Swan. Any idea what that cost will be per ticket? The cm said that we could do that as long as we used it within the 14 days allowed.
TIA for any help!

Assuming a 10 day adult base ticket is around $230 that would bring the cost of the tickets to roughly $700. Subtract that from the OP's 1344.00 (I am assuming taxes were included here) and the room comes to 644.00 for 10 nights. That's only $64 a night for a moderate which is why it didn't seem possible to me. Another way to think about it I guess is that like free dining, this promo is free tickets.

With the code I used yesterday we are paying just under $91/night at POR. Total savings of just over $371 compared to the Disney site amount. 11/21-11/26 at POR standard room, two adults, two children, MYW+dining with a 5 day Park Hopper= $2072.22 with tax. Compared to $2443.42 at Disney site.:thumbsup2

We have 4 rooms for a family trip including 2 brides for our recently wed sons :lovestruc . When I called my AAA agent yesterday she was on the phone for 2 hours. She called me back and got 1300.00 off our rooms and one day base tickets. We also had dining. I was worried she had taken off dining, and she said "they better not have".....anyway I got online and checked with the disney website on the specials click...it was exactly right!! Iam still on :cloud9: ! I just can't believe it...that is less than 100/night for a mod.

The GP codes that came out were based on discounts on room only. A rack rate MWY package saves you about $30-50 (at least for me - 2A,1J,1C 6d/hopp in Nov. in a value). Room rate at the value was 99, mod was 165. Tix were 1100.
With the GP codes, the room rates went down to $49 for value, and $99 for mod.
Regarding the current freebies:
* Free Photopass 5x7 (only if booked online)
* $15 Planet Hollywood certificate
* Free minigolf certificate
* Discount voucher for Sea racer (might be buy 1 hr, get 1/2 hr free).
The Sea racer is a boat rental. Runs about $70 for the hour and seats two people.
