Recently Toured GCV at DLR

I toured the GCV models last week. I was impreseed with the set up of the 1 bedroom units. Thought the themeing went well with the existing GCH. The living room had a sofa bed and twin sized murphy bed for sleeping. There were 2 full baths! I really liked the additional bathroom and fewer doors.

I'm looking forward to touring the models next month when we go to the GC. Did you make an appt. or just walk over?

We went last month, and got to see them too. I went up to a kiosk in DCA prior to leaving the park to go back to the DLH for an afternoon swim, and they gave me a number to call directly. I phoned as we were walking back to the hotel and said we'd be there in 20 min... they were waiting for us, so effectively it was a walk-in. I took a few pictures, and can post some - I just have to get them uploaded to photobucket first...

Did they give you an idea on when they will be ready? We are going August 2010 and was wondering which would be less point wise to stay DVC or one of the other DL hotels. That is if the DVC is ready.

We toured last weekend. Asked a DVC guide at a kiosk in DL and he told us that DVC members could just drop by the models and get a tour. Which is what we did. They took my DVC number and name of my guide and then gave me a tour. The model was beautiful :thumbsup2
