View Full Version : calling virgin and getting a real answer

I am trying to get some answer from virgin about a holiday for next year but they seem completly clueless about anything disney especialy the dining plan (by phone and by email)they dont even try to answer the question in the mail anyone else have this problem who else would you try to book with virgins site is so easy to use :)

if you have a debenhams near you they might have avh shop in. We have a couple near us

If it's regarding free dining then it will be announced in about a week I think, according to another thread on here. Virgin's CS don't seem to know much about Orlando at all though :headache:

Its about my son being 10 years old and having to buy an adult park ticket but on their web site he comes up as a child dining plan which is not right and we dont want to book and have to try and explane this to a person (to put it politly) on the phone:)

I remember someone mentioning on here a while ago that for new bookings you get to talk to someone in the UK. Not 100% sure on this but might be worth a try.

If you look at the Tesco Clubcard deals webiste and then the Virgin bit - there is a number that goes through to the UK - the FLorida number. You get a UK operator asking what area you want to speak to - got a very helpful UK person.

You could give this number a try-01293 562345-it should bypass the call centre and connect you with someone in th UK who hopefully will be able to help .

thanks everyone called 01293496917 and got through to a lovely lady that knew all my answers and understood the disney dining plan and said if the site still calls up a child plan for my son then she would sort it out for us I have her direct email now also found out that we can have the gatwick hilton for free as we are members of the virgin holiday club thanks again:thumbsup2
