Right now we're book Grand Floridian (with an AP rate). We're thinking of switching to the Fort Wilderness Cabins (a lot less $$ and a pretty cool place for Halloween I hear).

IF the bounce backs are in effect for next year like last year, able to book the 40% off on a deluxe or are we stuck only having a bounce back offer for moderates/values at 30%?

What are the odds at the end of October 2008, bounce backs will be offered for 2009? It looks like a September trip for 2009, but possibly early June or late August.

Only a guess, but for a bounceback offer for late October I would maybe expect to see free dining bb for 2009, or a bb covering sometime in January - April 2009.
But just guesswork on my part. :confused3

I thought they only did free dining bounce backs during free dining?

Last year we went in December and the bounce back was through various dates during all of 2008. Unfortunately, I did not know our availability--couldn't confirm before going--and wasn't able to book. This year, I KNOW, and want to be able to take advantage, if possible.

You could be correct, and probably are. I did not stay nor book free dining, so don't really recall.
It really is just anyone's guess on what will be offered, if there is a bb during that time.
