jumper pattern needed

I have looked at the disboutinque and can't find a simple pattern for a jumper.

I picked up some great fabric at Walmart ($1 a yd). I would like to make it similar to a pillowcase dress but with it wider at the shoulder because I want to put a turtle neck underneath for the winter.

Any suggestions would be great.

I've made pillowcase dresses and had my daughter wear a turtleneck under in the winter, and it was very cute (at least IMO). Here is a link to a pattern that I like if it may help
