If by "putt-putt" you mean mini golf then there are two courses near the Swan/Dolphin and across from HS. You can find more information on the DIS:

Your second question - do you mean where can you find live gorillas? If so, you can find them on the Pangani Forest Exploration trail in Africa.

The first gold course - Fantasia is near the Swan and Dolphin. The second golf course - WinterSummerland is right next door to Blizzard Beach.

As far as the gorillas I have seen photos on Theme Park section of live gorillas and we didn't see any when we were at AK last time, so I wondered where they were there.
