Best time to start checking for room rate specials for JAN 2003

We are wanting to book 2 nights at one of the Deluxe resorts before our cruise in Feb. How soon will we start to see discount codes for that time of year????? I know I have seen AK for $139 per night and other Deluxe resorts discounted through August?? Just wondering when we may see something going into the first of next year??? We are looking at Jan 30 & 31. I guess I am just too anxious!! Someone had told me that I should go ahead and get a room held and then as discounts apply it can be taken down?:confused:

;)I agree with whoever told you to reserve a room now. Pick the resort you want and can afford then, when and if dicounts become available just have it applied to your reservation. You probably won't see any until fall but I would check mousesavers.com every day.

Thanks, that is probably what I will do. We are wanting to stay at the WL or Contemp since we will just be doing MK for one day before heading to the Pier. 10 months to go,but it goes by so quickly!!:)
