need help with remembering designer

I had written down 4 designs (1 designer) that I wanted to request to have customized, but I didn't write down who the designer is. I was hoping that I had already emailed or PMed the desinger, but I haven't received a response. I was hoping that perhaps someone would know who these would be from or be able to help me out.

Princess on Parage (princesses on carousel horses) Princess Sarah
Design 2
A little Pixie Dust (tinker belle design on mouse ears) Mimi 2008
Design 3
Mickey head with Mickey on a Harley Davidson Kyle 2008
Design 4
Test Track License Plate Papi 2008

I want to be able to make customized pillow cases for each person for our trip in October. I am sorry that I can't remember the designer. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure it out, but...
