Caribbean Beach

Hubby and I are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort for the first time on our trip this October.

Can anyone tell me anything else about this resort (other than what I've read) This was the only place I could get on our points without moving for this week.

Any help would be fabulous!

they will be getting done with rehab on the main pool by then? it is very spread out, but that makes it kinda quiet, the food court is mediocre with avg quick service fair. On the Resorts Board, Saftey Mom has a complete review and stays up to date on everything CBR.

You will love CBR. It is a beautiful resort. The new pool complex will be opening in a few weeks. The rooms are getting new beds, furniture, theming.

If you follow the link in my signature there is a great FAQ thread on the Resorts board. If you post your CBR questions there you will get lots of responses.

you picked a great resort! Stayed there twice 2006 and in 2007 and loved it.We stayed in martinique both times its a good location as its close to the market place and the main pool, which will be newly renovated by the time you go.Bus service was very good no long waits at all, check in and out was also no problem.The rooms were very clean the last trip we got a corner room on the second floor, more window with a corner room.We really liked being able to get up early and head on out to the hot tub thats located at the main pool, we were the first ones there each morning maybe because it was 6 am. It was just so relaxing and quiet a good way to start the day off. We are staying at the yacht club in December but for sure will be booking the caribbean beach for our other upcoming trips!:yay: :cheer2:

We enjoyed our stay there. it is not our favorite, but it is very nice and comprable to the other mods. We enjoyed the food court and especially enjoyed our morning walks across the bridge to the food court area. The pathways are very nice and you should take some time to enjoy the scenery. I would request a building near the food court (if you plan to eat there a lot) or across the bridge from it. It is very spread out and can be quite a trek to refill your mug etc.

We enjoyed the theming and the feel of the resort. Enjoy!!!

I just read somewhere - sorry I can't remember where for the life of me! - that they are theming some of the rooms as "pirate" rooms - sounds cool!

I stayed on 2002.. and I just love it! you really feel the Caribbean vibe! have a magical trip and enjoy it.:goodvibes
