I just started listening to podcasts, and the DIS Unplugged. How often are the new shows aired? And since I have subscribed to it on iTunes, will I automatically get the new show downloaded.

I just started listening to podcasts, and the DIS Unplugged. How often are the new shows aired? And since I have subscribed to it on iTunes, will I automatically get the new show downloaded.

Discussion show every Wednesday. Sometimes it's available in iTunes later than the mp3 on the podcast page or the streaming feed available via the "Listen Now" button at the top of these pages. If your podcast preferences in iTunes are to automatically download new episodes, you should get it.

email show comes out Thursdays, but there won't be one for the next couple of weeks.

if your podcasts are synced I think thats when it will automatically download when you open Itunes.

Just know if you wait till thursday itunes will only automatically download the newest podcast. so you might have to click "get episode" if you are a thursday listener!;)

I just went and downloaded about a dozen episodes from the last year with topics that jumped out at me, I look foward to listening to them.

:) I've been listening to them all from the archives, can't get enough, will have full withdrawal symptoms when I finish them all and go down to waiting for 1 or 2 a week!!
