Are there any brits that have done the cultural representative program or are thinking about doing it? Im hoping to apply for September 2009 onwards and am curious about other people's experiences.

Hey, I wont be able to apply for the CRP for a few years as I'm only 15 atm, but I can't wait to be able to do this.

Will be lurking on this thread for replies..

You might know about it already, but www.wdwip.com has tonnes of info and an active forum discussion :P

Good luck.

I'm doing it right now. I was interviewed in March of this year and left for Florida in July. It is so much fun and I'm met amazing people. I still can't believe I am working at Walt Disney World. If you have the chance to do the program, I really advise it! I've not been here for very long but I have great memories already that I know will last forever. The job is very rewarding and its great to make guests happy. If you have any more questions I'll be happy to answer them, also the website quoted above is a great place to meet future and current CRPs!

My oldest kids (14 and 11) are already talking about doing the program!! So guess I can start saving to go on holiday to visit whilst they are out there!

Yes Epcot at the Rose and Crown. Living arrangements are great. Most international cast members are housed in the housing complex called The Commons and it's so beautiful here. I live with one British girl and 2 Japanese girls. I know others are having problems with their roommates, I guess I was just lucky to get nice people and to only have 4 in one apartment. We're hardly ever in at the same time. I really recommend the program, it's a lot of fun.
