We actually drive down from Georgia but my wife is a British citizen so we look forward to buying Fish and Chips in Orlando (not as many British expats where we live). The F&C in DTD is okay but kind of pedestrian and they had mushy peas that were anything but mushy. There was a small shop at the intersection of 535 and Irlo Bronson HWY at the Publix shopping center. That was run by a British couple, again OK. There was another place on I-Drive but that looked more like a tourist trap. Anyone know of a F&C shop that Brits would feel at home in?

Of the 2 we prefer dublins

The EPCOT F&C shop actually does really nice F&C but nothing like at home. The Crickets Arms (a pub in Orlando) does good F&C but as I'm not a driver couldn't tell you where it is.

You probably mean the Cricketers Arms on International Drive, that's the one we thought looked like a tourist trap :rotfl2: We'll have to stop in for a taste.

It's been at Festival Bay Mall for a while now since moving from the mercado, we didn't know of it before but it looks OK now.
Not convinced the move has been for the better for it business wise but it has a decent reputation and has good UK sports coverage if you are up that way.
Haven't had the F & C (http://www.cricketersarmspub.com/cricketers-menu.htm) though.
There is also a F&C shop at Berry town Centre on the US27, haven't tried it though.
Kinda guess that I'm not there for F&C though I understand where the OP is coming from.
