Hello.
We couldn't resist squeezing in an extra trip in July to Disney. Our Sunday paper advertised codes for $94.00 for a moderate. Then ATA online had $136.50 roundtrip. Guess what? We're going again.
Our DVC points come in August 1, but I didn't want to have to borrow any (want to take two trips with them for the upcoming year anyhow).
We're staying at Caribbean Beach for $94.00 a night. I definitely want to go over and take a look at the Beach Club Villas!

Oh yes. Those annual passes sure do burn a whole on my pocket!

Here too. Annual passes get worn out when we're though. We did this in Oct 2001 at the Polyensian (AP rate of $179)
Have fun. We are on a countdown less than 14 days til the magic begins.

We did this last December when we found airfare for $135 and the Poly GV concierge for $229, had a quick 4 day weekend in Florida so I could do all the Christmas stuff.
Still paying it off!!!

You bet, just ret'd in March using AMEX dis. for CBR...6 nights 2 rms....Its a lovely place... we had never stayed there.
I did - but I used an expiring airline voucher as my excuse!! Managed to get a rate of $388 for 5 nites at the ASMu, too. So, my DD(5) and myself are headed down for 5 days in May for our first mother/daughter trip. We'll be going back twice more this year, summer and early Dec. with Dad! Pretty sad, huh. I am obsessed. I'm really afraid to tell my family - I know there is going to be a lot of not so nice comments and head shaking going on!! They just don't get it!

Yes....I have done this before and especially take advantage of discounted rates on the weekends when I don't like to use my DVC pts. In Nov, we took advantage of the teacher's rate at The SWAN ( $99). It is normally $129 but due to a newspaper printing error it was printed as $99. They still honored the $99 rate through 2001. Too good an offer to resist:)

We usually take an unexpected trip when the airfares are really low. Its great to get a deal at the resorts, its another to get good airfare!
Those unplanned trips have been some of the best!
