HI! I am going to the travel agent today to pay for my trip. I am going to request CSR Casitas buildings 1 or 3 or Cabanas 9A or 9B. Are the chances for me getting rooms in these buildings good even though they are being made through a travel agent? Has anyone stayed in these buildings? What did you think?
Thanks,
Melissa

We stayed in Casitas 2, and we loved them. I don't think there is any difference in the Casitas, other than some are closer to El Centro than others.

:)
Piglet203 and I will be staying at the CSR next month. We also made a room request through our travel agent. We requested to get a room in either Cabanas 8B or 9A. Hopefully we can get one of the two. We will call the resort a couple of weeks before we go to make another request for the same area and then remind the person at the front desk about our request. As long as we're there, though, we'll be more than happy.

Hi Melika,
Fax a room request 5 days before you leave. This will help as well.

We stayed in Casitas 4, and walked through 3 and 1 often. ;)
Three is very pretty, esp if you would have a fountain view. (Although I don't know that would be worth an extra $10 a night.)
Casitas 1 would put you right next to El Centro, which also has a bus stop at the far end in the front.
Other than to the pool/hot tub, everything would be very handy. And even that is not a long walk. And it is a very pretty, relaxing walk. (Unless your feet are dead tired. :jester: )
Have fun! Any of the locations shouold be good!
I have stayed in both sections and I prefer the Cabanas. It's more quiet at the Cabanas and I like to walk out my door and go lay on one of the hammocks and take in the beautiful views of the lake and El Centro all lit up at night. Casitas are also nice and very close to the food court and restaurant but I found it to be noiser there because they are located in the main hub of the resort where the lobby, food court, store, lounge, restaurant and convention facilities are located. However, any place you pick at CSR you can't go wrong, it is a wonderful resort.

Melikka77,
Piglet203 and I will be staying at the CSR for the first time, too, next month. We will be sure to let you and everyone else know what we thought of the resort, upon our return. The good thing for you, and Piglet203 and I, is that ******** is going in a few weeks. I'm sure he'll let all of us know all about his trip and what to look for.
36 days to go!!!!!
