Hi everyone! Last year I made my DD this outfit-

She wore it on our AK day. The capris still fit her but the top has been lost! Who knows where these things go. Anyhow, I sewed the entire thing by hand and remember how horrible it was, not to mention the fact that I can't find a black tank for a girl where I live. I don't want to spend $7 on s&h for a tank that is on clearance from Old Navy for $3 either. :( Can anyone recreate this tank for us? I got all of the ribbon at Wal-Mart and the tank was $3 full price at the time. This year they have white but no black at my store. If anyone would want to take on this small job please PM me. We are leaving at the end of the month so I only have a few weeks left. Thanks!
