New shopping precinct/mall that is to have a Ron Jons in Orlando?

Does anyone (Simon?;) ) have an idea when the new shopping precinct/mall will open? It was having a Ron Jons that I was interested in instead of only being able to go to the one at Cocoa Beach!

I've a feeling it was to open this year but building of it was put back or stopped?

Can't remember who but someone posted a link to it about a month ago and it said it was due to open in October this year.

October was tentatively put forward as the new opening date late last year. The Festival Bay develoment has already had more starts and stops than a church organ, and I have yet to see any official confirmation of its completion date. Vans' Skatepark is currently under construction and should be finished this summer, but much of the rest of FB (including Ron Jon's) remains unconfirmed.
