2009 Free Dining - Quick Service?

Here's a thought...my sister and I were thinking of the possibility of free dining again next year and she had a thought. I wanted to know what your guys think about this.

If they offer free dining next year, do you think it will be a package plus the free quick service dining plan instead? It would make sense for Disney to do that. If they offer free QS DP, then people will still have the option to buy the DDP.

Someone form the UK posted that the "free dining" is tiered on their packages for 2009.

I think for them it is:

- not available at the value resorts or Fort Wilderness
- the basic quick service plan at the moderate resorts
- the standard plan at the deluxe resorts

I believe that it was not available for them at the value resorts or FW for 2008, too, so they have slightly different offerings.

Only time will tell what we are offered. :confused3

(edited to add- I don't think it has ever been offered to anyone for FW.)
