Did anyone else receive an email about Bob Jackson?

I received this email yesterday from Walt Disney Resorts. All it said, was they were looking into my inquiry and someone would like to contact me directly. They wanted my phone number. Well, my kids keep telling me I'm getting old, but I had no idea what this was about. I couldn't remember emailing them. Last night, it dawned on me. The only email I had sent Disney was about Bob Jackson. Someone had a link on here last week. Now, I can't wait for the phone call. I told my husband just in case I'm not home.
Anyone else who emailed get this message?

if you sent your email to a Guest Relations address, that is a standard response. I got one about ten days ago on an early entry comment I sent but haven't heard backagain yet.
I sent my Bob Jackson email directly to the GM at PO-R and got a response from his office right away.

I actually sent it to Keith Bradford whose email was listed here. Is that who you contacted?

Yes, to Keith Bradford. The response was from an administartive assistant at his office.

I just sent a letter to bring Bob Jackson back too..We just had a Great time a few years back when we stayed at Dixi Landings..now Port Orleans Riverside.. I hope they hear us and re-consider.

I understand that Bob is gone, but is there no one providing entertainment in the Cotton Co-op Lounge? On the Disney.com site, it says there is live entertainment Thursday-Monday evenings. Is this true? Did they just hire someone else or cut this feature all together?
