We in the Northeast have experienced the changes in the air industry. We've paid as low as $75-210 for a direct, round trip fare from BDL to MCO.

Planning our VB and DCL this June was not easy with airfares. We were offered crazy times for $191, rt, pp or as high as $353 for the times we want to go. We ended up with Jet Blue out of JFK for $160, but booked only 80 days in advance. JFK is further for us than BDL, but from what we hear, Jet Blue is a class act airline, so we are welcoming the chance to try it.

We were very suprised at the Southwest rates. Everyone is jumping for the $99 each way or friends fly free, but frankly, those rates are higher than I've ever paid. We love SW but enjoy lower rates more!

FYI - Jet Blue will be coming out with a frequent flyer program shortly.......
