Help me decide for my May 2009 trip

My wife and I will be on the DDP for 7 nights the first week in May. We participated in the DDP in December 2007 and ate at: Tusker House, Biergarten, Crystal Palace, Akerhsus Royal Banquet Hall, Cape May, and the Whispering Canyon Cafe. Of those 6, we will definitely return to Crystal Palace and the Whispering Canyon Cafe. I will be looking to fill the remaining 5 evenings for our TS so I can put them on the calendar to call in my ADR.

Le Cellier
Teppan Edo/Tokyo Dining(undecided)
Whispering Canyon Cafe

Undecided:
Boma
Cape May Cafe
The Wave
Grand Floridian Cafe
Ohana
Boatwright's

Any other "must haves" and recommendations I'm undecided or not on the list? I'd like to mark my calendar so I can know for sure which restaurants I want to book for my ADR. Thanks!

The Wave will be a good selection of your undecided locations.

Yak n' Yeti might be a place you would like to try while in Animal Kingdom.

Coral Reef might be someplace at Epcot.

There really are no bad choices when it comes to Disney dining... but just like anywhere there can be off days and bad experiences.

You might want to give the Pepper Market a try for a counter service meal as well.
