Does anyone know if the shops like Walmart or Target will have Halloween costumes at the end of Aug/beginning of Sept? Or is there anywhere else that sells them?

We were there last Aug/Sept and Walmart had all sorts of Halloween stuff out, so I'm sure that they would have costumes on sale as well.

We got t-shirts from Super Target - there were loads of costumes.

yes jesters is good so many different outfits:thumbsup2 ,walmart, kmart an target have things as well.

We are not taking a car and want to buy costumes out there too. Which of these stores would be easiest to get to?
