Mickey Paper Fold Download

Good afternoon! This is my first post so forgive me if I've made any etiquette blunders for posting!

Does anyone have the first foldable Mickey Download? It was my big YOAMD win and then had a computer crash so didn't get an opportunity to print it off.

Everyone here seems so helpful and knowledgable, thought someone might be able to help.

I don't think it's official disney but it is a paper model that you print out, then fold into Mickey...:confused3
