How do i get from Sea WOrld to Universal with out a car? Is there a bus that goes from point A to Point B?

You can try the I-Ride Trolley, but you will need to transfer. You will also have to walk a bit to the nearest stop, which is around Major Blvd.

If you're staying onsite, the onsite hotels have a free shuttle to Sea World.
