did your scrapbooking slow down over the summer?

Did a Summertime themed crop in June and Christmas in July (hum in July!). However finding Im not spending as much time planning/scrapbooking in the summer as I do the rest of the year.
How about you?

I agree. I was really on a roll at the end of the winter, but as soon as the weather got warm I pretty much stopped doing any scrapping until I attended CKC this weekend. I think it is because it is light so late and the weather is so nice I am spending more time outdoors rather that the winter when I "hibernate" and scrap.

I have definately slowed down too, I really need to start doing more, I did do the monthly scrapping challenge- which helped motivate me. I have been going to a crop at the local scrapbook store once a month, they have them every Friday night- which also helped.

It slowed down because I was working on swap stuff, and with the kids home I don't have as much "me time" to disappear into my room and do stuff. It ramped up (from 0 to 6 pages, lol) in July only because I wanted to get caught up before our Disney trip (9 days until we leave!). Once we get back, I expect the following 6 months to be a scrapfest...and I can't WAIT!

It always slows down for me in the summer. The kids are all home and I don't get a moments peace, like right now! They are tickling each other as I type.

I tend to scrap on Sundays (fiancé is a Realtor and does open houses every Sunday). We have been traveling or have had house guests every weekend since memorial weekend (literally only 3 weekends we have been home without guests all summer and chores took up my scrap time :sad2: )

I don't think i will get any good scrap time in until October!

Mine slowed down this summer (although it generally doesn't) due to our move. I still don'tr have my scrap area set up yet so other than 3 small albums that I worked on over the summer I haven't done as much with swaps or scrapping. I do hope to get a lot done by the end of the month though.

I've slowed down through having some big swaps and too many Sundays with stuff happening (or else having to clear the table because the weather wasn't nice enough to eat outside :headache:) Dh is late shift all week so I'm planning on scrapping every evening as then we're both off work for 2 weeks so we'll be doing family stuff and going away for a few days.
