Reg. DDP -- order appetizer as entree?

Could you order something off the appetizer menu in place of an entree at a TS meal? Seems like it ought to be allowed since they're cheaper....

Most people that have done this have had good experience with the restaurants allowing this, but it is at the discretion of the restaurant.
