1) It's an optional annual ticket for getting into Disneyland Paris, plus it gives you some discounts on food, shops etc. You don't need one, but if you visit lots then it can make your holiday cheaper because you buy the dream pass and then just book room only. It's about €179 and is available from the DLP annual passport office at the park, or by phone. If you've already booked your holiday then I doubt the dream pass would be worth it this time, although the shareholder club also gives similar discounts and is cheaper to join.

2) You don't have to book tables, but it does at least mean you've booked everything so your table is guaranteed and there should be no queue.

3) I can't think of anything else at the moment. We just made sure we booked our meals and left everything else until we got there.

1) Dream pass as above is only worthwhile if you are staying off-site or if you don't have tickets included in any package

2) I've never booked a table before and we have never had any problems with getting seated, although we always travel and eat at off peak times. You would probably need to book if going over Christmas, New Year or any School Holidays as these are peak times.

3) If it's your first trip, maybe try a guided tour of the park which can be pre-booked at City Hall. If staying on-site try and get the earliest breakfast that you can and try and get a Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast if possible too.

it's an option available at (I believe) all onsite hotels apart from the Davy Crockett, which allows you to have breakfast in the park at a certain time.

Just after opening seems to be ok. I would personally recommend avoiding straight after the parade / park closing if it closes "early" unless you book a table because some restaurants can be quite busy then, but we've never had major problems any other time that I can think of.

Lunch at any of the Village restaurants is never packed, as most people prefer to stay in the parks at lunchtimes. If staying in the parks over lunchtime, early lunch (noon) or late (after 1.30) is quieter in almost all the restaurants/cafes

Just before park closing time for the Village restaurants is also good. Try to avoid eating at the Village within the first hour of so after park closing time, as thats when all the Village restaurants are at their busiest. It can also get busy in the hotel restaurants around this time too.

Having said all that, you can book most restaurants at the onsite hotels, and some restaurants in the Village, and if you prebook your table, you'll be fine. I personally haven't had particularly slow service at any table-service restaurant at DLRP, regardless of how full the restaurant has been.
