I am considering renting a house in this develpoment. Does anyone have any information on this area.

Hi. Florida pines is a new development on US27. Its about 3 miles north of Interstate 4 junction 23. It probably won't show on any maps yet but it is next door (south) to Westridge. If you search on MapBlast or Mapquest for Zip Code 33837, California Blvd., thats the main road into Westrige.

It's about quarter of a mile from where our house is on Hampton Lakes. The location is great - a drive of about 10 minutes will get you to Walt Disney World's entrance either on Interstate 4 or US 24/192 both about the same.

I can't comment on the individual houses on Florida Pines because that's down to the individual owner and ours is bound to be nicer!! I also don't think Florida Pines has any communal leisure facilities (pool, tennis etc) but I could be wrong.
