And I bet I sounded like a total dip! ;( I actually had a better recording and instead of pressing *, just hung up! Wah! Anyone else feel kinda silly after calling the podcast hotline, I'm sitting in my living room talking to myself so enthusiastically! LOL.

My 13 yr old son called in yesterday and re-recorded about 6 or 7 times before he finally sent the message. It was so cute (hope he doesn't see this!) -- I could hear him practicing in the other room before he called.

Is this my favorite iPod Touch boy? The one who's going to give me his autograph?

It is funny how leaving a message is so stressful - I have mine written out but because of my accent I am convinced that no onw will understand a word I am trying to say :lmao:

I rehearsed myself. and I had bullet points. ::blush:: Plus, I was calling from the pool of the HRH, so I was convinced everyone was staring at me.

Yep...the one and only! It's so funny hearing him on the phone now because his voice has been getting deeper -- he's definitely not my baby anymore!
Thanks everyone for your well wishes, I'll pass them along to Mitch.

Sanapunk: Good luck with your voicemail as well! :goodvibes:

Yeah, I just left one a few days ago as well...well, at least I think it sent. I don't know if I pressed the pound or asterisk after I did my message..lol

I was having some liquid courage that night (my first glass of wine in like a year and a half due to pregnancy and mommyhood) and I am convinced I made a fool of myself. :lmao:
