Great idea! I've often thought about asking guests in the park if they are dis'ers...but never have had the courage!
I am thinking I might take a lime green paint chip mickey head and put my user dis name on it and punch a little hole it so I can attach it to my bag??

I was thinking of doing that for my bag, stroller, boys water bottles... but you might want to cover it w/ contact paper or laminate it for strength.

I'm back and I had laminated mine and put in on my backpack. Didn't see any other dis'ers though. :confused3 Another hint, I put mine on all my luggage and the kids backpacks so we could spot our stuff on the luggage carousel

We have 2 LGMHs back-to-back, stick them through the laminator, then punch a hole into the laminate, stick thread through the hole and attach to bags and belts/belt loops. This year I shall be upgrading from regular thread to lime green ribbon, just to make them that tiny bit more noticeable. :lmao:
Last year we managed to speak to a Disser at least once a day, every day, apart from our first night there since Hurricane Dean delayed our plane by 5hours and we didn't arrive at POP until just after midnight!
It was nerve-wracking at first going up to people, but it gets easier. In the end, when approaching someone, I kept the LGHM that was attached to my waist in my hand, and went "hello, I'm a disser with a lime green mickey head too!" :rotfl:
Just Do It! It's great fun!

Robin, People use them to make DIS ID tags to carry - put your DIS name in the middle of the mickey head and attach it to your bag or yourself (use 2 of them back to back so you don't have to worry about the "right" side showing). You can pick up a wallet size lamination sheet at Walmart for $1 or so.
You can find them in the paint department at HD - there's a whole section of Disney paint chips...shaped like Mickey. The color is "Alien Green".
HTH!:)

I think it's green because it's such an unusual colour. Being one of the paints on offers, means easy access to pre-cut Mickey heads. Everyone has black so that is out, and red would be quite popular too. But lime green is a little more out there and therefore easier to spot on people when in the parks!
