Congratulations to you and you son.

It seem every time a “professional” states limits for our children, the kids seam find a way to prove them wrong.

What a great day.

Thank God for water!:thumbsup2

I used to teach adaptive aquatics and it is truly blissful to watch kids (and adults) as their limitations on land VANISH in the water!!! FREEDOM!!!

That, and I chuckle everytime I have to tell a kiddo in a wheelchair to SLOW DOWN (especially my powerchair kids) and abide by the hallway "speed limit" at school!:)

Congratulations!!!!!

Yippee! I bet that is the best feeling in the world for him, to be truly independent in the water. I know you must be so proud.:lovestruc

It brings tears to my eyes to hear such great accomplishments, my youngest does Aquatic Therapy and she recently started to have head and Trunk control that she never had before, you gotta love that water:)

You have every right to be proud Mom. And he is a fish in water, that is wonderful. Swimming is great and there are so many children that don't know how to swim at all. I am sure there is joy in your heart watching your son swim. WTG
