When do AP discounts come out for NOv/Dec timeframe? ANd is there any chance they will have AP discounts for the end of November since it is Thanksgiving week that last week?

They're usually released around mid-August (15 or 16). It usually includes Thanksgiving week, although you might find different rates for that weekend, based on what they're doing now. You may find some historical info here (http://www.mousesavers.com/historicalwdwdiscounts.html#codetrends).
