Ive think Ive heard this before but just want to verify. Are the Mighty Ducks building at ASMO closer to the bus stop at ASMU than the bus stop at ASMO. Can you walk there safely, like not out on he road? Last time we stayed in Toy Story so we only ventured down that way to use the MD pool. I never noticed any ASMU buildings. This time DS(major hockey fan) wants to request Mighty Ducks though.

It's a very short and safe walk from Ducks to ASMu food court and bus stop.:)

EpcotBill- Thanks for the smart way to get from ASMO to the Bus stops at ASMU! While we were there last week, we were driving back into ASMO along that side of the property and at least (not overestimating) 100 teens and adults (the supervision that should have some brains) were walking from ASMO along the road past the food court around the corner to the buses. They were walking 4 or more deep so they took up almost an entire traffic lane, even though traffic was coming both ways and didn't even move one inch! There is a definate blind spot for drivers coming around that turn due to bushes and this seemed not only stupid, but dangerous!

Thanks for the info. I know the resort seemed pretty compact to me while we were there, and I dont think the walk from the main building to the Ducks would be a problem for us. Just want all the info I can get. :)

We stayed in Mighty Ducks last time. Did not particularly like it because we felt it was lame but in fact it was the quietest, emptiest area with the calmest pool. And the walk to ASMu was very comfortable

Pretty much you're going through a large parking lot, and across the road. That takes you right outside one of the Calypso buildings which is the closest building to the food court etc. I never thought about it, but you're probably right in that it would be closer than going all the way back to the Movies Cinema hall !
