View Full Version : Just Back from an AWESOME trip at AKL!!!!!

We had a great stay! This was our second stay at AKL and it was just as good as the first. The service at this resort is nothing short of exceptional. We were on the 5th floor in a deluxe room on the Arusha Rock Savannah. We had a great view of the animals which were plentiful during our stay.

If anyone has any questions I am happy to answer them.

Hi,

What room number were you in? We are going to AKL next week. Any other tips or useful info? I've stayed there for one night when it opened.

We were there April 2nd - 13th. We were on the Arusha Rock savannah, Zebra Trail room 2427. We fell in love with the place, I can't say enough wonderful things about it!

How was the transportation? Any long waits for the buses? I'm glad to hear you had a good time. We leave for AKL in 9 days!!! Yippee!!!!!

welcome back. I have a question not related to the AKL.
I looked at your pictures and I loved the balcony you had at the BWI. Can you tell which room that was or which floors have these balconies?

Gregg - Our room number was 5525 and had two queen beds.

Janet2K -- The only pictures I took were of the Savannah :(. our room was exactly the same as last year.

Sharoncity - We had EXCELLENT transportation. Hardly any waits at all, and we used Disney transportation exclusively for 4 days.

Josierac, I dont remember what our room number at BWI was -- Im sorry! :( there are a few rooms with the large balcony and I believe they are all on the 4 th and 5 th floors. There are not that many rooms with that size balcony.

Disney-Kim - The crowds were not bad at all, we really enjoyed ourselves!
