Ressie Acknowledgement

In the past when I have made reservations or changed a reservation, MS will send out a written acknowledgement and of course I can check on-line to see the ressie.

Back in early June I made two reservations for next spring and while the reservations show up on my on-line account, I never received a written confirmation or acknowledgement for either of them.

Is this a new policy change by MS to save on paper and postage costs ?

I think it they are just "flaky" in generating the confirmations. I received one earlier this month. But sometimes they don't arrive at all. Just take a screen print of your account in the member website. I do wish it would generate an email and save paper/postage.
