This is our 1st trip to Disney and I have no idea where to start. My stomach gets queezie everytime I think about it. We are going Feb 6-14. So you can add us to thte list. Any ideas and suggestions would be great. I still can't even find 09 pricing. I see some of you have booked, can you please tell me how to do that?

Their site didnt want to work for me that well today. So I called them 1-407-939-6244. Been waiting for months to book it. I think I actually jumped up and down when I hung up the phone :lmao: .

We are staying at Pop. Where are you staying if I might ask? Looks like we are only a day off:laughing:

I have no idea where to stay. We have a family of 5 so not all the places can sleep us. I'll have to see what the 09 prices are. Then I'll let you know where. I'm so nervous about all this I have no idea what I'm doing...LOL

Right now I am nervous about getting an ADR to Chef Mickey and CRT. They told me today to call on August 11. So if you are planning either of these you might want to call on the 10th.
When I went last year I did no homework at all. And missed so many things. I told my husband that I am going to plan this so good that we wont miss a darn thing! The one thing I did discover today was when I booked for 3 base tix and then looked at their website it was only $28 more to get 4 base tix! So I will be calling and bumping that to 4. Might as well lol.
We chose the value resort because of the scenary. Kids loved the looks of that bowling pin pool lol. Doesnt take much :laughing: . I am wondering if some of the resorts would supply a cot for the 5th person???... I know they charge extra if its an adult.
Disney.com seems to be running fine now. They must have been slammed this morning lol. There is a list of the 2009 rates on there now. Have fun planning...even if it is stressful and exhausting :rotfl:

Hi, DH,DS(15),myself and possibly DD(24) will be at the BCV 2/13-22. I am waiting :surfweb: for SWA to release flights but HOPEFULLY we will fly down on Friday and return on the following Sunday. I expect ticket prices to be HIGH:scared1: ! So I may have to adjust accordingly. Joan

Yeah, me too. We usually fly down on either a Wed or a Sat. Kaitlyn's first birthday is the 1st so we have to be home for that and DS will turn 20 on the 7th so we have to be home for that. We also need to arrive in FL before the 16th so we can attend the Florida State Fair with our friends.

I did the best I could with our date constraints and we'll be flying out on Sunday. I'm making reservations the day they're released and then hoping for the best.

A little frustrated that I cant do the rest my ADR's for some reason according to the cast member. So we are waiting kindof patientyly :sad2: For the disney calendar release, to make adr's, and on southwest!

Has anyone ever been in Feb before? If so do you remember how the weather was? Was it warm enough to use the pools and the water parks?

Hi Tiffany! My dh and i always go the end of Jan and beginning of Feb. As far as the beginning of Feb it can be nice or it can be cold. We go with layers. Last year it was warm enough to get in the pool a couple of times but the year before it was very cold. So go with the layers and you should be fine. Enjoy!

You don't have to contact Disney. I had to call them regarding a change I wanted to make and while talking to them I told them the problem. They confirmed all of my details and emailed me the changes I had called to make. They don't know what the problem is but they said it's more a website technical question and if you want to you can email the address at the bottom of the screen.

Unfortunately they can't guarantee a building until you arrive. A few days ahead I will be faxing the resort directly to remind them of my request for a building close to the main area. That's when they are setting up their tentative room assignments so it will ensure that the request was forwarded on from the main resrvation system into the hotels own.
