Sunshine Seasons in Epcot (The Land Pavillion) had it 2 years ago when we ate there.

Yakitori has a fairly limited selection of rolls. They also have miso soup. Not the best miso, IMO. The rolls are fresh, but not made to order - so they can't do custom requests. (i.e. DH doesn't like cucumber. They won't make a roll without it.) on the allearsnet menu I only see a Sushi Tokyo Roll listed - avocado, cucumber, crab meat and smelt roe reverse roll.

IMO one ofthe best options there is actually the teriyaki chicken, and the Kaki-Age Udon (udon noodle soup with a tempura shrimp on top).

That and the location is great. It's nice and quiet on the patio....you almost wouldn't know you were ina theme park.

We dine there often. One more tip: late at night they run out of popular items.

Another option is the sushi place in the Swan, Kimonos. It is very good. Technically, it's a TS, but a) I don't think they take reservations, and b) you can sit at the sushi bar. Not especially inexpensive, but the rolls are big and a single roll is not that expensive. They open at 4pm, and have karaoke later.

Note that the menu given is from 6/07:

There is a sushi counter at The Poly now. There is a counter where you can eat, but it's not counted as a CS if you're on the dining plan. You can order there with your credits, but not for takeout, and it's a TS credit.
The sushi there is really awesome though. The best I've found on property so far (and pretty much anywhere else local to WDW). And they have a varied selection. The Shrimp Tempura roll is wonderful! And I think it was only $9.99 or so.

I've had sushi at both the Sunshine Seasons in the Land at Epcot and at the Polynesian. Both were good!
