Closest Grocery Store to VWL

Does anyone know where the closest liquor/grocery store to the VWL is?? We are driving down for our first stay as DVC members and of course we gotta celebrate!!!

Well, welcome home!!!! And may I say, you have picked THE BEST DVC resort there is!! But I am a little biased.;)

Well, we usually go to Super Target and Sam's Club, but they are not the closest. There is a Winn Dixie and a Publix that are closer. Hopefully someone better at giving directions will come along! Liquor store, I'm not sure...not much help am I?:confused3 ;)

We stayed twice at the lodge and loved it! We then finally joined and of course we had to pick the Lodge as our "Home" We are going in 16 days!! We are so excited for our first trip 'home' as DVC members!! I am not sure who is more excited DH and me or DDs!!!

Welcome Home!! We too agree that you have picked the best! Not only are we neighbors at the Lodge but we are neighbors the rest of the year too, We live in Cherry Hill, NJ,
enjoy your stay at the glorious lodge, We are going Nov 4-10, have 1- two bedroom and 2-Studios booked, along with a site at FW.
We can't wait to go under 100 days to go.

Here are some directions to the Winn-Dixie and ABC liquor stores close to Disney property.

From the Downtown Disney area, drive past all the hotels on Hotel Plaza Drive. Stay to the left. You will come to a signal at the end of this road. Make a left turn onto S.R. 535/Apopka-Vineland Road. Continue straight on this road past the next signal. About 1/2 mile down on the right hand side you will see an ABC Liquor store on the corner, in the same plaza is the Winn-Dixie supermarket. Prices at both of these stores are very reasonable.

We have 15 going this year, In the past it was 12 & 13, November can't come soon enought, What part of Cherry Hill are you looking? Good luck in your search, Some great deals out there now with the housing market where it is. enjoy your trip!!
